An organization Admin can invite you by email, with the role Admin or Trainer. This page explains how to join, either from the link in the email or from inside Raison.
Open the invite
Open the link in the email. If you do not have an account yet, set a password and complete your profile. This path is password only.
If you already have an account, the link signs you in and adds you. You land in Personal space. Switch to the organization at the top of the sidebar when you want to work there.
If the link fails, ask an Admin of the organization for a new invite. Links can expire.
Accept from inside Raison
Sign in at app.raison.is without the link. Open Notifications in the sidebar. An invitation shows Invited to the organization, with the role. Select Accept or Decline. You can also join from the pending invitation screen.
After you join, switch to that organization at the top of the sidebar.
Create organization asks for access to the organization feature. It does not add you to an existing organization.
