An organization has two roles, Admin and Trainer. This page explains what each role can do and how to change a person's role from the Members list.
What each role can do
Open Settings, then Organization, then Members. Role permissions lists both roles, and each person in the team shows Admin or Trainer.
Admin: can open organization settings, invite members, and can edit, delete, or transfer ownership of every assistant in the organization. On an assistant's Collaboration list, their listed role stays Editor.
Trainer: can create and share assistants and collaborate with colleagues in the organization.
Only an Admin sees pages such as Members, Usage, Requests, Activity logs, and Integrations. A Trainer sees Notifications in the Organization group, not those admin pages. Notifications in the Organization group is for email preferences. The sidebar Notifications bell is separate.
Change a member's role
On the person's row, open the menu.
Select Change role.
Pick the new role, Admin or Trainer, and save.
You can change the role of someone who already joined. Pending invitations keep the role you set when you invited them.
These are organization roles. They are not the same as assistant roles (Owner, Editor, Viewer).
