This page is for organization Admins who want to know what happens when a member leaves. When an Admin removes a member, that person loses access to the organization at once. Their Raison account stays. Assistants and other organization content they created stay in the organization. There is no setting that transfers assistants automatically.
How someone leaves
Only an Admin can remove a member. Open Settings, then Organization, then Members. On the person's row, open the menu and select Remove. There is no confirmation. If your role is Trainer, you do not see this page. The click-by-click steps are in Remove a member.
Organization settings have no control for a member to leave on their own. Deleting a personal account is a different action, under personal Settings, then Account. Removing someone from one organization does not delete their account. Deleting an account does not by itself delete the organization.
What stays, and what goes
Raison deletes their organization membership. They can no longer work in that organization space. Their role, and the weekly digest preference stored on that membership, go with the membership. A pending invitation is not a membership yet: revoking it only cancels the invite.
Assistants, collections, and quizzes they created stay in the organization. Remaining Admin members keep editor access to all assistants by design. Learner conversations on those assistants are not wiped by Remove. The person's profile, Personal space, and Raison account remain until they delete the account themselves.
