This page is for organization Admins who want to permanently delete an organization. Only an Admin can delete the organization. Open Settings, then Organization, then Danger. Select Delete organization. This action is permanent. It is not the same as closing your own Raison account.
Confirm and delete
Switch to the organization, then open Danger. On the third card, select Delete organization. Type the organization name as it appears (capital letters do not matter) to continue, then delete. Or cancel to close without deleting.
Only an Admin sees Danger. If your role is Trainer, the Organization group shows Notifications only. Personal space has no Danger page. Raison does not warn you if you are the last Admin.
After a successful deletion, Settings closes and Raison takes you to the dashboard. You stay signed in. The organization no longer appears in your workspace switcher. This window has no download or export step. If you still need a CSV of recent member actions, export it first. See Export your organization's activity log.
What is deleted, and what stays
The organization is removed. Members can no longer open that organization space. Assistants and resources that belonged to it are no longer available.
Members' personal Raison accounts stay. Their Personal space stays. Other organizations they belong to stay. Deleting the organization does not delete anyone's user account.
If you want to empty content and keep the organization, do not use this button. Use Wipe all data on the same page. See Wipe all organization data. To close only your user account, or to remove one person without deleting the organization, see the related articles below.
