For the duration of the contract: all data is accessible and active.

30 days after end of contract or account deletion: data is definitively deleted from production systems.

Backups: encrypted; technically inaccessible within 30 days via encryption key destruction and logical purge.

Technical logs: retained 30 days unless otherwise required by law.
