This page is for organization Admins who need a copy of organization activity. As an Admin, you can download a CSV of recent activity logs. There is no button that exports every assistant, resource, conversation, and member file in one archive.
Export activity logs
Switch to the organization, then open Settings, Organization, Activity logs. Optionally filter by member, type (Assistants, Collections, or Quizzes), and date, then select Export.
Raison downloads a CSV of the filtered list, covering the last 90 days. Only an Admin sees Activity logs. If your role is Trainer, the Organization group shows Notifications only. Personal space has no Activity logs page.
What the file contains, and what it does not
Typical rows include creating, updating, publishing, or archiving an assistant, attaching a collection, or creating a quiz. It is not a copy of course files, learner transcripts, or account profiles.
Organization settings have no control that dumps the whole organization. Conversation export is a per-assistant learner permission, not an organization archive. See Allow conversation export and history clearing.
