In Analytics lab, you can download the chart you just received, or the rows of a table as a CSV. This is not the Export data menu on Learners. To open the lab, see Ask a question of your data.
Download from the card
On the chart or table card, select the download icon in the header. A chart or number saves as a PNG. A table saves as a CSV. The file name comes from the card title.
The same download is available after you expand the chart.
If the file cannot be built, try again after the chart is fully drawn.
Not the Learners export
On an assistant, Learners has Export data for engagement CSVs and message traces. It does not download a Lab chart.
