Analytics lab is a chat where you ask how assistants in your organization are used. Answers come back as numbers, trends, and charts. This page is for organization admins. Analytics lab is not the Dashboard, and it is not the Analytics tab on one assistant.
Open Analytics lab
Sign in at app.raison.is and switch to an organization if you are in Personal space (see Personal space vs. organization space). Then select Analytics lab in the sidebar. It carries a Beta badge.
Only an organization admin sees this item, and only when the organization has the feature. If it is missing, you do not have this page. Members do not see it even when the organization has Lab.
This is not the Analytics tab on one assistant. If that tab shows an Assistant button, it opens a general chat on that page, not Analytics lab.
Ask a question
The first time you open the page, a short welcome explains the lab. Continue, then pick a suggested question or write your own.
Follow-ups stay in the same chat until you leave. There is no new-chat button or history list. If you leave and come back, you start again.
Org-wide tiles that don't need a question are on the Dashboard. When an answer includes a chart, you can read, expand, zoom and export it.
