When a learner uses Ask my teacher in chat, that question arrives on the Q&A tab of the assistant. This page shows you where to find those questions and how to read the list. The Q&A tab is not the Analytics topic cards.
Open Q&A
Open the assistant, then select Q&A. The page lists questions your learners sent from their conversations.
Learners send from chat with Ask my teacher. That control is there only if Enable ask Instructor is on in settings. The two names are different on purpose.
If an email link opens the assistant with a thread, Raison sends you to Q&A. Collaborator emails for learner questions are set in assistant notifications.
Read the list
Each row shows who asked, the quoted message, the latest reply, and whether you have opened it. Search by learner or question text. Filter to unread when you only want threads you have not opened yet.
Analytics groups chat topics into cards. That is not this inbox. The Learners tab is the engagement table, not these threads.
