If the assistant is not enough, you can send a message to your teacher from the same chat. You see Ask my teacher on the message only if your teacher turned it on.
Send the question
On the message you want to send, select Ask my teacher. Add a short note if you want, then select Send.
Your teacher sees the question on their side. When they reply, that message shows a reply count. Select it to read the thread and keep going. This is not a live call, and it is not email.
You need to be signed in to send a question.
If you do not see Ask my teacher
Your teacher turned it off for this assistant. Ask them another way, or wait until they enable it.
