As a learner, you sign in to an assistant with your email and a 6-digit code sent to your inbox. You do not need a teacher account or a password.
From a link or a widget
A share link or a widget uses this email-and-code path. Type your email, then select Send. Check your inbox for a 6-digit code. Type the code, add your name if Raison asks, then select Verify. The chat opens.
If the email does not arrive, wait a minute and send the code again. If you are blocked, ask your teacher.
From the learner workspace
The workspace is different. It sends a sign-in link, not a 6-digit code. Type your email, select Send, then open the link in your inbox.
That only works if you already used an assistant with that email. If Raison does not know you yet, open a share link or your course first.
Learners do not sign in with Google or a password. Those options are for teacher accounts.
