If your school added Raison to Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard, you open the assistant from the course itself. You often skip the Raison code. You do not need a teacher account, and you do not create a Raison password.
Open it from your course
Sign in to your LMS as you usually do. Open the course, then select the Raison activity your teacher added. The assistant opens in the course, sometimes as a full page, sometimes as a widget on the side.
When the LMS already knows who you are, Raison does not ask for an email code. That is the usual path when your school connected the course. The Moodle widget can skip that screen too.
If Raison still asks for your email
Some courses only show a share link inside the LMS. That is not LMS sign-in. Type your email and the 6-digit code, as in Sign in with your email and a code.
If nothing is ready yet
If you are blocked, or the assistant is not active yet, ask your teacher. School IT sets up the connection. They can start from Supported platforms and how Raison connects.
