You can continue the same chat on your phone or another computer. How you do it depends on how you opened the assistant.
From a share link or widget
In the chat, select Continue elsewhere. Scan the QR code with your phone, or select Open new window. There is no pairing code to type on that screen.
On the new device, sign in with your email and the 6-digit code. Use the same email as on the first device so Raison can find your conversations.
If the chat session ends, Raison can send you a new access link by email. Open that link to continue.
From the learner workspace
There is no QR code and no Continue elsewhere control in the workspace. On the new device, sign in again with your email and open the sign-in link. Your assistants follow the email, not the device.
On a shared computer, sign out when you are done: open your name in the sidebar and select Log out.
