On an assistant, Analytics shows how learners used that assistant in the period you pick: messages, active learners, conversations, and what they talked about.
Open Analytics
Open the assistant, then select Analytics. This page is for one assistant, not the organization-wide Dashboard.
If your organization does not have this feature, the tab still opens, but you only see a short message instead of the charts. The Learners tab still works.
Choose a period
The date range sits in the header and opens on the last 30 days unless you already chose another range here or on Dashboard. The two pages share the same remembered range. Last 7 days covers eight calendar days including today; last 30 days covers 31.
A new range refreshes usage, Top learners, and the topic lists. The summary above the usage chart always covers all time: that badge does not follow the picker.
Usage
Switch between messages, active learners, and conversations to see the daily chart. Messages count the learner's side of the chat, not the assistant's replies. You can also split messages by Support and Effort. The same usage card appears on Overview.
Adoption is the share of people with an active status who sent at least one message, shown with one decimal (for example 12.5%). Resolution is the share of confusion signals that were resolved, as a whole percentage. If there is nothing to compare, you see a dash.
Summary and topics
The summary is an AI overview of learner conversations. If there is not enough data yet, it appears after processing. If conversations still need analysing, start processing from the header. That can take several minutes. You may get an email when it is done, or you can refresh the page.
Topic lists sit below usage. You can open a topic and read the chats behind it.
