On Analytics, a short ranked list shows who used this assistant the most in the period you selected.
Open the list
Open the assistant, then select Analytics. If your organization does not have Analytics, this list is hidden. The Learners tab still lists everyone.
What you see
Each row is a person, with how many chats they had and how many messages they sent. The list is ordered by messages, highest first.
Raison shows up to eight rows, not the full roster. Rows are not clickable. The period is the same date range as the rest of Analytics.
When names are hidden for your organization, a row can show Anonymous instead of a real name.
See everyone
Select View all learners to open the Learners tab. That table includes people with no messages in the period, status filters, and transcripts.
