The learner engagement table

Use an assistant's Learners tab to see who is active, inactive or banned, search and filter the table, and act on a learner.

Written by Romain Morvant

The Learners tab lists everyone tied to this assistant: who has been active, who has not, and who is banned. It does not need the Analytics feature.

The Learners tab with a search field, Active, Inactive, and Banned status filters, action buttons, and a learner table with Name, Status, Interactions, and Last active columns.

Open Learners

Open the assistant, then select Learners. This is not the organization Dashboard. For a short ranking, use Top learners on Analytics.

What the table shows

Each row is a learner, with status, how many messages they sent in the period, and when they last wrote.

  • Status is active (at least one message in the period), inactive (none), or banned.

  • The table opens with the most recent activity first.

  • If a learner has no message in the period, last active shows a dash.

  • If names are hidden, you see pseudonyms.

You can search by name, email, or identifier, and keep only one status group.

The date control on this page is not the Analytics picker. It starts on all time, with shortcuts for 24 hours, 7 days, and 30 days. That choice is not remembered after you leave, and it does not change Analytics.

Row actions

On a row you can ban or unban, open a transcript, or email the learner. You can also download the table or a full transcript.
