A missing result on Learners usually shows as a dash, an empty list, or an attempt that is still In progress. Read the table first, then open the attempt. There is no export of quiz results.
The learner is not in the table
If the tab shows No learners yet, the text reads Import learners or share the quiz link. Once learners start taking the quiz, their activity will appear here. Learners appear after you import them, or after they open a public quiz. An invitation email is optional.
Check Share. If Make quiz public is off, the badge is Draft and the text is Only you can see this quiz. Learners with the link can no longer access it, so new attempts will not appear.
The row is there, the score is a dash
Columns are Name, Email, Status, Attempts, Latest score, and Last attempt. Latest score is a percent, or a dash if there is none. Last attempt is relative time, or a dash.
0 attempts: the eye icon (View attempts) is disabled. The learner has not started.
The sheet can say No attempts yet.
If an attempt exists, open Attempt details. In progress means it has no recorded end. Completed shows Incomplete. Answers can show No answers recorded for this attempt.
Status Banned: the learner can no longer open the quiz and sees Access restricted. Past attempts can still be in the sheet. You can unban them from the row.
The score is there, the replay is not
Watch session replay appears only if a recording exists. A recording is created only when Record session was on during the attempt, so turn the switch on before learners start. Teacher Preview does not start a recording.
If the dialog cannot load, it shows The session replay could not be loaded.
There is no download or CSV export on this tab.
