A quiz in Raison stays private until you make it public. This page shows you how to publish a quiz, copy its link for learners, and take it offline again from the same switch.
Open Share
Open Exams, open the quiz, then select Share. Exams appears in the sidebar only if your organization can use exams.
The quiz starts as a Draft. Preview lets you try the questions yourself. It does not make the quiz public, and it does not start a session recording.
Make it public
Turn on Make quiz public. The quiz becomes Published. Anyone with the link can open it. There is no password, date window, or members-only option on this screen.
Turn the switch off to take the quiz offline. The badge returns to Draft. Learners who still have the link can no longer open it.
Copy the link
While the quiz is public, select Copy link and send that address to learners. You can also invite people from Learners without relying on the copied link alone.
This share link is for quizzes in Exams, not the on-demand quiz in assistant chat.
