Filter by assistant and date range

Change the Dashboard date range or narrow it to some assistants, and see which parts of the page each filter updates.

On Dashboard, you can look at last week, a custom period, or only some of your assistants. The date range and the assistant list do not update the same parts of the page.

The Dashboard header with the All assistants filter, the date range selector, and metric tiles for Assistants, Users, Messages, and Adoption rate.

Change the date range

Open Dashboard from the sidebar. The date range sits with the metric tiles and opens on the last 30 days unless you already chose another range.

Pick a shortcut such as last 7 days, last 30 days, last 3 months, this year, or all time. Or choose a start and end date on the calendar. Future days are not available.

Last 7 days starts at the beginning of the day seven days before today and runs through the end of today, so it covers eight calendar days including today. Last 30 days uses the same pattern: 31 calendar days including today.

A new date range refreshes the four metric tiles, the Activity chart, and the assistants table. Raison remembers the range the next time you open Dashboard.

Filter by assistant

The assistant list is at the top right. It starts on all assistants. If you have no assistant in the table, the list is hidden.

Open the list, check the assistants you want, then select Refresh. Keep at least one assistant checked, or Refresh stays disabled.

An assistant filter refreshes the four metric tiles and the Activity chart. It does not change the assistants table: the table still lists every assistant for the date range.

Unlike the date range, this choice is not remembered after you leave the page. To go back to everyone, select all, then Refresh.

Figures follow the workspace you are in: your personal space or an organization.
