Personal space vs. organization space

Understand the difference between your personal space and an organization space, and how to switch between them.

Written by Romain Morvant

Raison has two places to work: your personal space and an organization space. This page explains what each one holds and how to switch. Assistants and knowledge bases stay in the space where you create them.

Personal space

Personal space is yours. When it is active, you see your own assistants and knowledge bases.

Organization

An organization is the shared space for a team or institution. When it is active, you see that organization's assistants and knowledge bases.

If you do not belong to one yet, choose Create organization. That asks for access to the organization feature. It does not add you to an existing organization. To join one, you need an invite.

How to switch

At the top of the sidebar, open the switcher. Choose an organization, or Personal space to go back.

If you belong to an organization, Raison may ask whether to switch when you sign in. You can stay in personal space or switch.

Switch to the right space before you create or edit an assistant or a collection.
