Put your institution on the sidebar: set the logo and name members see when they switch spaces. This is not the logo that appears on the widget.
Open Appearance
Switch to the organization, then open Settings, Organization, Appearance. The organization profile is at the top.
Only an Admin sees this page. If your role is Trainer, you do not see Appearance.
Change the organization logo
Open Logo, choose a JPEG, PNG, or WebP file, crop it to a square, and save the crop. The upload saves as soon as the crop succeeds. You do not need Save changes for this logo. Members then see it in the organization switcher.
This logo is for use inside Raison. Each assistant still has its own logo in its settings.
Change the organization name
Open Organization name, edit the name, then save at the bottom of the page. The new name appears in the organization switcher. It is not the assistant name, and it is not the personified name the AI uses in conversation.
