Personified assistant name

You can give the AI a name so it introduces itself that way to learners, across every assistant in the organization. This is not the assistant's own name on the General tab.

Switch to the organization, then open Settings, Organization, Assistants. In the Teaching assistant section, turn on Enable personnified name, enter the name, and save.

Only an Admin sees this page. If your role is Trainer, you do not see Assistants.

The setting applies to the whole organization as soon as you save. If the switch is on and the name field is empty, Raison uses Coro.

Each assistant still has its own name, type and description. That name is what teachers see in lists and settings. The personified name is how the AI introduces itself in conversation.
