You can show learners a short disclaimer under the chat field, for every assistant in the organization. Leave it empty if you do not want extra text there. There is no separate privacy-notice field on this page.
Add or edit the disclaimer
Switch to the organization, then open Settings, Organization, Assistants. In the Teaching assistant section, open Disclaimer, type the text learners should see, and save.
Only an Admin sees this page. If your role is Trainer, you do not see Assistants.
If you leave the field empty, learners do not see a disclaimer.
If you enter text, it must be at least 5 characters.
After you save a non-empty change, Raison translates it for other interface languages.
Privacy settings are separate
The Privacy section on the same page controls how learner names appear to teachers, not a notice shown to learners. That is Anonymize learner names.
Learners also see a second onboarding screen about conversations being logged. You cannot edit that screen from Disclaimer. You can replace only the first onboarding screen, in Learner onboarding.
