Privacy policy

Where to read Raison's official Privacy policy, where it appears when you sign in, and how it differs from privacy settings in the product.

Written by Romain Morvant

The official Privacy policy for Raison lives on the website. This article tells you where to open it, and where it appears when you sign in. It does not replace that page, and it is not a GDPR how-to.

The official page

Read the current policy at https://raison.is/privacy. The page heading is Privacy Policy.

A French version is at https://raison.is/fr/privacy (Politique de confidentialité).

Where you see it in the product

When you sign in or create an account, the agreement line includes a privacy policy link next to the terms. On complete-your-profile, you accept the privacy policy before you create the account. See Create your account and sign in.

What this is not

An organization admin can add a disclaimer under the chat field, and can anonymize learner names in a section called Privacy. Those are product settings, not the legal privacy policy. See Show an AI disclaimer to learners.

Questions about hosting, retention, training, or your rights as a data subject are covered in Is Raison GDPR compliant?, What data does Raison process?, and What are my rights as a data subject?.
