After you change default collections, Raison can add them to assistants that already exist. That prompt appears only for default collections, not for Capabilities, Disclaimer, Learner onboarding, the personified name, or anonymization.
When Raison asks
Switch to the organization, then open Settings, Organization, Assistants. In Default collections, add or remove collections, then save.
If collections actually changed, Raison asks whether to add them to existing assistants. Teachers can still unlink them. Assistants that receive new collections are regenerated.
Update adds the current saved defaults to every existing assistant. Nothing is unlinked.
Not now leaves existing assistants as they are. Only assistants created from this point on receive the new defaults.
Only an Admin sees this page. If your role is Trainer, you do not see Assistants.
Other settings on this page
Web search and General knowledge stay organization gates. Saving them does not rewrite assistant toggles.
Disclaimer, Learner onboarding, the personified name, and anonymization take effect for the organization as soon as you save, without this prompt.
