Match the assistant widget on your site to your brand, with a logo and a color theme. Those two controls apply to both the Chatbot bubble and the Panel.
Open widget customization
Switch to the organization, then open Settings, Organization, Appearance. Widget customization is the second section.
Only an Admin sees this page. If your role is Trainer, you do not see Appearance.
Upload the widget logo and pick a theme
Open Logo in Widget customization (not the logo under Organization profile).
Choose a JPEG or PNG, crop it to a square, and save.
Open Theme and pick one of the seven color palettes.
Select Save changes at the bottom of the page for both the widget logo and the theme.
Until a logo and a theme are saved together, the widget uses a default logo and the default blue palette.
This is not the organization profile logo, not each assistant's own logo, and not your personal interface theme in Preferences.
