Learners can delete their own conversations, or export a conversation, only if you allow it. Those are two separate switches on Settings, tab Learner experience, under Learner permissions. They are not on General.
Find the switches
Open the assistant, then Settings. Select Learner experience. Change a switch, then select Save when the bar appears.
Clear chat history
Clear chat history lets learners delete their own conversations. It is on by default.
Learners delete one chat at a time, with Delete in the chat menu. There is no button that clears every conversation at once. When the switch is off, Delete does not appear.
Enable conversation export
Enable conversation export lets learners download a conversation as a PDF. It is off by default.
Learners find Export in the chat menu when they open the assistant from a share link or a widget. The learner workspace does not show Export.
