Copy and paste stay allowed in the chat until you turn Prevent copy paste on. That switch is on Settings, tab Learner experience, under Learner permissions. It is off by default.

Open the assistant, then Settings. Select Learner experience. Turn on Prevent copy paste, then select Save when the bar appears.
