People can ask to join your organization or to work on one of its assistants. An organization Admin reviews every pending request from Settings. Assistant Owners can also review assistant requests from Collaboration.
Open the queue
Switch to the organization. Open Settings, then Organization, then Requests. The page title is Access requests. Only an Admin sees this page. If there is nothing waiting, you see No pending requests.
Review a request
On the person's row, select Review. The dialog title is Review that person's request. Choose the access they should get, or decline the request.
If they asked to join the organization, set Organization role: Member or Administrator. In this dialog, Member is the Trainer role and Administrator is the Admin role.
If the request names an assistant, set Assistant access: No assistant access, Viewer, or Editor.
Select Approve to grant that access, or Cancel to close without a decision.
Reject a request
From the review dialog, select Reject. Tell them why so they know what to do next. Choose a reason, and optionally add a note (Anything else they should know (optional)). Select Confirm rejection, or Back to return to the review.
When a decision is saved, Raison shows Request updated.
If you own an assistant but are not an Admin
Assistant Owners who are not organization Admins review assistant requests from Settings, Collaboration. They choose Assistant access only.
