On Usage, you see how many assistants and documents the organization has used, and the per-member caps that apply when people join. This page is for the organization, not the per-person view on the Members list.
Open Usage
Switch to the organization, then open Settings, Organization, Usage. Only an Admin sees this page. If your role is Trainer, you do not see Usage.
Organization overall usage
You see Assistants and Documents against the organization limits, plus an overall percentage. Quizzes are not a row on this overall card.
Your numbers come from the organization. They can differ from the product defaults.
Member limits
Member limits shows three caps per member: Assistants, Quizzes, and Documents. Select Edit limits to change those three numbers, then save. You cannot set a member cap above the organization overall limit.
These caps are applied when someone joins:
An Admin is measured against the organization overall limits.
A Trainer is measured against the per-member limits.
