Attach default prompts

Attach or remove the one-tap prompts learners see in the chat field, including the built-in Quiz, Summary, Study plan and Diagram shortcuts.

Written by Romain Morvant

Default prompts are the one-tap actions learners see in the chat field when they focus it. You attach them on General, in Default prompts. That section is a small composer preview, not a list of cards on Learner experience.

Attach a prompt

  1. Open the assistant, then Settings, then General.

  2. Scroll to Default prompts.

  3. Select a dashed chip with the prompt name to attach it. There is no Link button on the chip.

If more than four available prompts are listed, select Show [n] more, or Show less to collapse the list.

Remove a prompt

On an attached chip, select the remove control. The chip goes back to a dashed outline, so you can add it again later.

Built-in shortcuts

The same preview can show built-in shortcuts: Quiz, Summary, Study plan, and Diagram. Turn one off with the remove control, or add it back from a dashed chip. These are chips here on General, not cards on Learner experience.

When Admin assistant is on, the built-in shortcuts hide.

Save your changes

When a bar appears, select Save.
