There is no generic LMS card in Raison. LTI 1.3 lives on the Moodle, Canvas, and Blackboard cards only. If your platform is one of those three, follow its own setup article. If it is not, embed the JavaScript widget instead.
Open the LMS cards
Sign in at app.raison.is as an organization admin. Open Organization, then Integrations. Under Learning management system you will see Moodle, Canvas, and Blackboard only.

What the LTI form asks for
On Moodle and Canvas, the LTI form asks for Client ID, Deployment ID, Issuer URL, Authorization URL, Token URL, and JWKS URL. There is no Client secret on that form. Do not send platform secrets to support.
On Blackboard, the LTI tab asks for Deployment ID only.
