Save to My prompts makes a private copy of a public prompt in My prompts. Upvote is only on Discover, and it helps a prompt rank under Popular.
Open a community prompt
Open Prompts in the sidebar. Stay on Discover and open a card under Popular (up to six). You can also save a public prompt from Organization.
Save a copy
Choose Save to My prompts. Raison copies the prompt into My prompts with the same name. The copy is yours and private: it does not appear on Discover, and later edits to the community prompt do not change it. This is not a bookmark.
Save is for public prompts you do not already own. Open the prompt first: there is no Save on the card itself.
Upvote
On Discover, choose Upvote if you want the prompt to rank higher under Popular. You can remove your vote the same way. Upvote is not available on My prompts or Organization.
To adapt a prompt instead of copying it as-is, remix it.
