Every prompt sits in one of four categories: Understand, Practice, Revise, or Create. Categories organize your library; Raison does not add extra meaning under those names.
Where you see them
On My prompts and Organization, cards sit in these four groups, in that order. A group appears only if it has at least one prompt.
Discover does not group by category: it shows up to six Popular cards.
Choose a category
Open Prompts, then My prompts, then Create prompt. Pick Understand, Practice, Revise, or Create. A new form starts on Understand.
Remix copies the original prompt's category. You can change it before you create the copy.
Change it later
Open a prompt you can edit, choose Edit, change the category, then choose Save. The card moves to the matching group on My prompts.
