Generated questions are a draft. On Questions, you can rewrite one, add a question of your own, or delete one you do not want.
Open the quiz
Open Exams, open the quiz, then go to Questions. Expand an objective group to see the cards.
You need at least one objective that is not marked as failed before you can add a new question here. If every objective failed to generate, adding is not offered. If you deleted every question and nothing is marked as failed, adding (and the objective menus) can also be hidden. Keep at least one question, or fix a failed objective first.
Add a question
Add from the top of the list, or from an objective's menu. Choose the objective, write the question, pick a type and a difficulty, then fill the answers for that type. Save to put it in the list.
A new question starts active. For what to fill in for each type, see Sample answers and explanations.
Edit a question
Open the question from its card. You can change the wording, the type, the difficulty, and the answers.
You cannot move it to another objective from this screen. To put it under a different objective, add a new question there and delete this one.
Delete a question
Delete from the card, then confirm. That removes the question and its answers from the list. It is not the same as turning it off for learners. To hide a question without deleting it, deactivate it instead.
