This page shows you how to stop or restart the weekly assistant report for an organization. For this organization, Raison only lets you turn the weekly assistant report on or off. There is no list of other marketing emails. Invites, sign-in codes, and support messages are not on this page.
Turn the digest off in Settings
Switch to the organization, then open Settings, Organization, Notifications. On Weekly assistant performance, turn the switch off. There is no Save button.
An Admin and a Trainer both have this page. If you belong to several organizations, switch first. Turning the switch off for one organization does not change the others. To receive the report again, turn the same switch on.
Unsubscribe from the email
At the bottom of a digest, select Unsubscribe from this digest. Some mail apps also offer a one-click unsubscribe from the same message. Raison then confirms you are unsubscribed. If the link is invalid or expired, use Settings as above, or write to support.

What this does not stop
This preference is only the weekly assistant report for that organization. It does not stop per-assistant emails when a learner asks a question, or when a synced course updates an assistant. Those use the bell on Collaboration. See Assistant notifications. It also does not stop invitation emails, sign-in codes, and replies from support.
