The weekly digest

What the weekly assistant report email contains, where to turn it on or off, and why it might not arrive.

Written by Romain Morvant

Once a week, Raison can email you how the assistants you can access performed. This page explains what the email contains, where its setting lives, and why it might not arrive. The message is titled Your weekly assistant report, plus your organization name. It is separate from the per-assistant collaborator emails on Collaboration.

Open Notifications

Switch to the organization, then open Settings, Organization, Notifications. The only card is Weekly assistant performance. The switch starts on. There is no Save button: the change is stored when you toggle it.

An Admin and a Trainer both see this page. In the Organization group, a Trainer sees Notifications only. Personal space has no Notifications page. If you belong to several organizations, switch first. The preference is stored for that organization, not for all of them at once.

What the email contains

The message is sent in English, including when the app is in French. It covers last week for the assistants you can access. At the top: Queries, Active learners, and Adoption rate, each with a change versus the week before. When at least one of those assistants had queries, a Top performers table lists up to five assistants, busiest first.

A button opens the organization dashboard. The footer lets you unsubscribe or open notification settings.

When the email does not arrive

Raison skips the send when your accessible assistants had no queries last week. You also do not receive it when the Weekly assistant performance switch is off, when your membership has no email address, or when you are not a member of that organization. Numbers follow the assistants you can access, not every assistant in the organization.

To turn the email off or back on, see Manage or unsubscribe from emails. Per-assistant emails for learner questions are separate.
