On a Moodle activity, learners can see that the quiz is not ready. This message is for the Moodle quiz embed only. It is not a Canvas or Blackboard error.
Publish and share the quiz
The quiz must be published in Raison and shared on that Moodle activity. Until both are done, the activity is not ready for learners.

If it still shows after you share
Open the activity again after the quiz is published and shared. If the message remains, the placement may exist without a valid mapping to the assessment. Re-publish from Raison rather than recreating the Moodle activity.
Still stuck
