Your profile is the name and photo other people see on your Raison account. This page shows you how to change them. Teachers and admins change it in Settings. Learners change it from the name menu.
Open your profile
As a teacher or admin, open your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar, then Settings, then Account. Your profile is at the top of that page.
As a learner (workspace, share link, or website widget), open your name menu and select Account.
Change your photo
Select the picture on your profile, then pick a JPEG, PNG, or WebP file. You can drag the crop square, reset the crop, save, or cancel.
The photo is saved as soon as you confirm. You do not need to save the rest of the form for the picture. There is no way to remove the photo and go back to initials only.
Change your name
Edit your first name and last name, then save. Each name needs at least two characters.
Your email is shown on the same form, but you cannot change it there.
Teaching category
Teachers and admins also pick a teaching category: K-12 Education, Higher education, Vocational training, Corporate training, or Lifelong learning. Learners do not see this field.
