Manage your connected devices

See which browsers are signed in to your Raison account and revoke sessions you do not recognize.

Written by Romain Morvant

Teachers and admins can see which browsers are signed in to their Raison account, and revoke access they do not recognize. This page shows you how. This list is not available in the learner workspace.

Open Devices

Open your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar, then Settings, then Account. Scroll below your profile to Devices.

Devices lives on Account, not on Security. Security is only for changing your password.

What each row shows

Each signed-in session is a row. You see the browser and device type when they are known, or Unknown device if they are not. A location (city and country) and a last-active time can appear when they are known.

The session you are using now is marked This device. You cannot revoke it from this list. Other sessions have a Revoke button.

Revoke a device

Find the row that is not yours, or that you no longer use, then select Revoke. There is no button to sign out every other session at once. Revoke them one by one.

Revoking a session signs that browser out. It does not change your password. If you do not recognize a device, revoke it, then Change your password if your account has one.

What this is not

Confirming a new browser at sign-in (a one-time email code) is not this list.

Learners who pick up a conversation on another phone or computer use a different tool. See Switch devices mid-session.

Learners have no Devices list. Their name menu is for profile, language, and conversation preferences only.
