Give it a moment
Reading documents usually takes 1 to 2 minutes. Pending means the file is still queued. Refresh the page if the chip has not moved after that.
If it still doesn't move
When processing takes too long, the resource ends on Error. From there you can retry, replace or remove it: see When a resource fails to process.
Very large files take longer to read. Check Supported file formats and size limits and compress or split the file if needed.
If the chip stays on Processing or Pending after a refresh, write to [email protected] with the collection and file name.
